There is a 24-hour nurse call system and residents are welcome to add their own items of furniture and possessions to their rooms so they feel more at home.Homely and comfortable surroundings
The bedrooms on the ground floor overlook beautiful landscaped gardens and each has its own door that gives direct access to outside space. The gardens are a great place to sit and read a book, have a natter with friends on a sunny day or to stroll around.
The two-storey home is divided into four separate suites, each with its own lounge, dining room, and quiet seating area. Experience, and research, has taught us that this layout is particularly helpful for people living with dementia, as it creates a ‘community within a community’ atmosphere with the same, familiar faces and fewer distractions."
