The concept is designed to provide fully 10 (Ten) flats with managed maintenance, services and emergency facilities, with the opportunity to purchase additional support and care, as and when required.As an alternative to both residential care and sheltered housing, it combines the care and security of one with the independence and flexibility of the other, in order to provide a greater quality of life. It also provides the benefits of home care without the disadvantages on conventional domiciliary care.
The ten units consist of one bedroom flats with superb views with emergency call bell system connected to the care home. A sad fact of life is unfortunately as we get older some of us become frail and need assistance, some people enter a care home while some people try to cope at home and others find it just too much for them.
Magnolia Rise has come up with a positive answer to this problem. Magnolia Rise is connected to Magnolia Hose Care Home where immediate assistance is available 24/7. We can also provide help and/or assistance with cleaning, laundry, shopping or meals. Our commitment to all is we can provide and much help as needed or none at all." Show less
