It does not have a lift and is not suitable for people with limited mobility because of slopes, steps and stairs.All units are fitted with a door entry system, emergency call alarms and pendants for use in emergencies. The maisonettes and flats have a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, some with showers, some with baths. All properties are fitted with smoke detectors.
