Penucheldre is an extra care housing scheme developed by Grwp Cynefin in partnership with Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn. Within walking distance of the town centre and close to community arts venue the Ucheldre Centre, the facility provides housing, support and care services for people over 60 years of age.
There is a lively, vibrant and close-knit community within Penucheldre itself, for those that wish to get involved, with arts and crafts activities, coffee mornings, concerts and gardening.
Residents are able to continue to live independently, welcoming visitors and coming and going as they wish, but with the reassurance that care and support is on-hand 24 hours a day if required.
