Show more "Caring Hands (Wiltshire) can provide up to four permanent residential placements in their purpose built residential care home at Battle Lake Farm. Before taking a permanent resident at Battle Lake Farm, CHW will complete a holistic assessment to ensure that CHW can meet the individual’s needs. A 4 week trial will then be undertaken and if both parties are happy after the trial period a residential placement will be offered and a contract agreed for residential care.All of the rooms in the Residential Care home are single occupancy with en-suite facilities. Each room is furnished to a high standard with electric bed and ceiling track hoist for future needs, overlooking the countryside of Braydon." Show less
