Pine Court also benefits from its location next to Tovil Green Court which has a range of facilities.Ideally placed for independent living, Pine Court is about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre, with a bus stop close to the building providing regular buses into town.
Residents at Pine Court are always welcome to use the facilities at Tovil Green Court, including a small shop, hairdresser, gym, activity room with internet, and a restaurant. There is a shared garden with mature shrubs in the front of the building, and a large patio with planters to the rear.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
