At Shaftesbury Lodge we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).
Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Shaftesbury Lodge offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, 4 day rooms, a communal garden, on-site laundry, communal parking bays and 2 guest rooms for visitors. The flats are located close to GP surgeries, local market which includes supermarket and to public transport services (buses and DLR).
There is a Scheme Manager service responsible for the management of the building, security and communal areas.
