Greenhive is close to local services and amenities with Peckham town centre less than a mile away, a local market, shops, pubs, GP surgeries, and the local hospital – King College. Peckham Rye Park and Common is only a short walk away and has several facilities for leisure and relaxation, including a café, a bandstand, a duck pond and a boating lake.
