Residents’ rooms have en-suite facilities, stylish furniture, a 24-hour nurse call system and television and telephone connections. Some of the rooms on our ground floor have doors which open onto our garden, while some of those on the upper floors offer pleasant views of the surrounding area. One of our suites is specially designed to support residents who have Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
Collingwood Court has three floors, each of which includes a well-furnished and tastefully decorated lounge and a separate dining room. Our dementia suite includes lots of interactive features that help to stimulate memory and provide comfort and security for residents. We also have our own 'pub' within the home, which we call the Collingwood Arms.
Collingwood Court has a lovely, secure back garden with a patio and lawn areas. There are also raised plant pots that residents help to maintain. We have lifts and both the home and the gardens are fully accessible to wheelchair users." Show less
