Show more "The Maltings, in the small and historic town of Fakenham, Norfolk, offers residential care for people over the age of 65. The people who live here all have varying degrees of need and we can provide them with as much or as little care as they require. All our care staff are trained to a very high standard and encouraged to develop their personal skills as an exceptional standard of care is demanded.We're well supported by doctors and nurses at the local medical practice, and by the local services team. We have a regular medical round once a week for residents, plus other visits.
The Maltings is a purpose-built home which opened in 2000, and set back from the road with ample car parking. All rooms are single with en-suites. Each easy-to-access floor has its own lounge and dining room, and we also have our own hairdressing salon.
There's an enclosed garden for residents and their families to enjoy, and we have outside furniture for comfort. We love for those who enjoy gardening to get involved in the planting and upkeep.
At the front of the building we have an attractive decked area where many residents enjoy sitting and watching the world go by." Show less
