All our homes are involved in the "Having Your Say" program. This is a joint initiative between Herefordshire and Worcestershire Age Concern, Worcestershire Citizen Advocacy, Worcestershire Social Services. The Having Your Say Standards are externally accredited.
Our homes accept local authority rates. However a third party top up is required to the full rate to cover the costs of personal care provided in each home." Show less
