Show more "Built in 1934, Duffield Court used to be the Community Hospital of South Molton before becoming an Abbeyfield in 1992. Since then, it’s been renovated and redecorated and now provides 9 unfurnished rooms, all complete with en-suites and kitchenettes. We are just a short, flat walk to the town centre with plenty of cafes, boutique clothing shops, pubs, and markets. We are lucky to be just 40 minutes from Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon coast.
With Wi-Fi access throughout, there is a communal lounge, dining room, and good laundry facilities. Our south-facing garden is beautifully kept, with many residents enjoying growing plants and flowers in the pots and borders.
We love trips out for afternoon teas and delicious lunches, and enjoy lots of activities throughout the year such as monthly coffee mornings, Easter service and a Christmas bazaar.
The house is your home, and we encourage residents to invite friends and family to visit whenever they want. For those who drive, we have a car park at the front of the house." Show less
