With an excellent reputation for first class care and support of people with specialist dementia needs, as well as general care and support needs, Victory Care Home's provision has been enhanced with the addition of a new unit and refurbished facilities.Victory Care Home forms part of the Nelson Court Care Centre, which has been a long established care home under the management of Medway Council. The home transferred to Agincare’s management in September 2013, along with the highly experienced and skilled staff team. This exciting combination of the local, longstanding and trusted staff group and the innovation and national experience of Agincare has already led to positive changes in the home’s provision to the local community.
There has been immediate refurbishment of the home, including the increase in registered bed places to 39 by the beginning of December. There are 11 new bedrooms, mostly with en-suite facilities, now available to private pay residents. Further enhancements to the existing accommodation will continue through the coming year."
