There are 46 bedrooms some of which have ensuite facilities.All residents will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support which encourages independence, a sense of identity, well-being and engagement. All individuals will have their own digital care plan which will be compiled with the resident, their family members and professionals. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, life history, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes. Each resident will have the opportunity to discuss their health needs with a General Practitioner. Brockhampton is situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside in 10 acres of grounds for people to enjoy." Show less
