Show more "South Moor Lodge Care Home is a largely purpose built home centred around an old nineteenth century barn sitting within a two acre landscaped site surrounded by countryside. The accommodation comprises of 40 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms mainly on the ground floor. It provides presonal care for residential residents and also cares for people living with dementia. Jasmine Healthcare recently acquired South Moor Lodge in March 2015. Being our most newly acquired care home, our strategy is to maintain the high standards of care offered, whilst improving upon the internal and external environments, which will enhance the wellbeing of our residents, their family, friends and the staff team. We also have plans to develop a private internal courtyard with a sensory garden and raised beds where people will benefit from the enhanced environment and have access to meaningful activity outdoors."
