Show more "Situated in the historic market of Mold, where you'll find stunning countryside and can explore the beautiful North Wales coast, is Abbeyfield House, a retirement home offering sheltered housing for older people.

Abbeyfield House is an attractive purpose built home which has been carefully designed to support our residents. Our home has been beautifully decorated to a high standard, and is very warm and welcoming and feels like a home from home.

We have nine en-suite rooms which all come with a kitchenette, allowing you to remain independent. Wake up and start the day at your own pace and make refreshments for yourself and visiting guests. Our rooms come unfurnished to allow you to bring your personal items, favourite pieces of furniture and cherished photos to make the room feel like home.

Our home has been in Mold for over 50 years and benefits from a residential manager meaning you and your family will have peace of mind. For extra security we also have a community alarm system which is monitored twenty four hours a day. The home is easily accessible and has been fitted with an internal passenger lift.

Spend time in our lovely garden which is filled with lots of beautiful flowers, pots and hanging baskets with a wonderful array of colours and smells which is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our patio is also a lovely place to catch up with friends and family.

Our residents like to come together in the dining room for lunch and dinner together where they can share stories, great food and wonderful company. Our communal lounge is the ideal place to find companionship, make new friends or catch up with old ones.

We have laundry facilities which you can use and have internet access so you can keep in touch with your loved ones or use it to browse the web to your heart's content.

Our home is in a great location in Mold, we're just a short distance from the many facilities and amenities that Mold has to offer. For those looking to do more exploring, Mold sits on along the banks of the River Alyn and is one of Flintshire's largest towns, so there's plenty to be found." Show less
