We pride ourselves on offering a loving environment where choice, respect and autonomy are paramount, so we’re constantly assessing and reviewing the individual needs of every one of our residents.As an introduction to Redannick, we also provide day care to help newcomers adapt to life in our home. This service can be just as valuable for family members as it gives them some precious time for themselves, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is being looked after.
Our recommended and purpose built home is in a residential area of Truro just five minutes walk from the city centre. There’s always lots going on in our large communal area but people can find peace and quiet in one of the four wings, each of which has a separate lounge, kitchenette, dining room and dedicated member of staff. We also have a conservatory and two secure garden areas, one with a lovely eye-level pond.
Redannick has support from a group of local volunteers called The Friends of Redannick, who help with fundraising and arranging monthly activities. We also get feedback and give updates through the External Quality Assurance Group which is made up of residents’ relatives and staff." Show less
