"Abbeyfield House is a stunning 18th century building in the picturesque town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, which sits at the most northerly tip of Northumberland just 3 miles from the Scottish Border.

The house accommodates nine residential studio style rooms including one with a separate sitting room. Three rooms sit on the ground floor, with the others upstairs which can be accessed by stair lifts if needed. Most rooms are en-suite and all rooms come unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and make the space a real home from home.

We are situated in a perfect location on the Elizabethan Walls surrounding the town, offering easy direct access to the town centre and truly stunning views of the River Tweed. We are just a short walk from plenty of cafes, bars and restuarants for you to enjoy as well as having many stunning historical landmarks right on the doorstep.

Our private walled garden at the rear of the house is the perfect place for you to relax and take in the fresh sea air, be it by yourself, with other residents or with your visitors.

The fantastic on-site house manager ensures that the house is warm, comfortable and safe and that the daily meals provided are varied, nutritious and enjoyable.

Abbeyfield House is managed by Abbeyfield Northumbria." Show less
