This is a popular scheme with a welcoming and friendly resident community.We have 20 one bedroom bungalows that surround our communal garden and benefit from their own private gardens. All our properties come unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture and belongings to truly make an apartment your home. There is off street parking close by.
We also have landscaped communal gardens with a patio area. We maintain the garden but love that residents also get involved and add their own touches.
Each apartment is linked to a 24/7 Telecare Response Service, giving you support and reassurance at the touch of a button if you need it. We also offer morning calls five days a week from the scheme’s Wellbeing & Compliance Assistant, to make sure you’re safe and well.
