Ringway Mews Care Home provides care and support for individuals who require nursing and dementia care. We can offer permanent placements or respite stays and day care.
All residents will undergo an assessment to ensure we are able to meet their needs, our service will provide support so people can live well, maintain independence, feel engaged and safe. The home has a host of places to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative. All residents will have their own care plan which will be compiled with the resident, their family members and professionals.. Our care plans will detail the requirements of the individual, this will include daily tasks, activities, life history, risk assessments and their likes and dislikes.
