There are 42 comfortable and spacious properties comprising of 35 one bedroom properties and 6 two bedroom properties. Each flat consists of a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower. All properties have also have a fully equipped Court Manager call system.We also have our own on site care provision from 7.00am until 11.00pm seven days a week. Our on site care provision is provided by Comfort Call who have an excellent reputation as one of the leading care companies in Oldham. When it is time for the carers to leave for the day, your safety and wellbeing is still our main concern. to ensure you have continued support we have our own Housing and Care 21 Concierge on site, providing reassurance and security from 11.00pm until 7.00am."
