It has 28 one bed flats and one 2 bed flat enabling customers to maintain their independence in friendly surroundings. Each of the flats has a separate bathroom, kitchen and lounge and there is also a guest room which can be pre-booked.The scheme has communal facilities including a light and airy lounge, kitchen, assisted bathroom as well as laundry rooms. There is also a scooter store (permission for a scooter will be required). We support customers who wish to arrange their own social activities and entertainment.
There’s plenty to do in Biggleswade, such as shopping, swimming and badminton. Transport links are excellent, with a regular bus service to Bedford and Hitchin and a well connected train station. Two doctors and two dentist surgeries are close by.
All flats are connected to an alarm system operating 24/7, 365 days per year. Our Life24 Advisors offer assistance and support to customers to help maintain their independence.
