Here we provide 24-hour nursing care based on the needs of individual people. We encourage residents and their relatives to get involved in care planning and evaluation; and we respect their choices, and keep everyone informed.
We receive weekly GP visits, supported by a liaison nurse. We also have access to community-based services such as dieticians, speech and language therapists, and physiotherapists.
Within the home we provide care in a selection of rooms. There are two refurbished lounge areas with flat-screen TVs. We also have a spacious dining area with views of our garden.
All of our bedrooms, including those suitable for sharing, have en-suites." Show less
