First and foremost, the safety & wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of everything we do. It always has been.
We have established COVID-19 safe spaces within our home & outside for socially distant family meetings. We've adopted video call technology to keep residents and families in touch.
We have a range of stimulating activities to help with mental and physical wellbeing, including games, exercise and craft-sessions. Our staff and residents are tested regularly in-line with government guidance and all staff have ample PPE.
We have a strict policy for new residents' entry into the home, which we are happy to share with you & answer any questions you have.
In a peaceful village setting just four miles from Norwich city centre, right next to an historic Norman church in Colney, Oakwood House offers expert, person-centred care in a warm and inviting home. We provide nursing, residential and respite care, complete with personalised care plans and a keen focus on wellbeing.
We understand how the costs associated with care can be a surprise for families and friends – that’s why our pricing policy is not only transparent, but it’s all-inclusive too, so there aren’t any additional costs to consider and monthly budgeting is much easier.
