Our nurses and carers deliver a continuous high standard of care, support and companionship around the clock for residents in a comfortable, safe environment.Ardnahein Care supports what is known as ‘person-centred’ care. This means that all aspects of care and support, from nursing and personal well-being to activities of daily living, are agreed in consultation with each resident, their family and supporting professionals. Each resident has a Key Worker who builds up with them a picture of how they like their days to run, so we can support this happening, from the time they like to get up to when they like to go to bed, for example the kind of help they like to have/need for personal hygiene, care, dressing etc; when and where they enjoy having meals and snacks and how they like to occupy leisure time. This is then shared with the caring, experienced Care Team on duty to meet residents’ needs 24 hours a day." Show less
