It is a friendly and welcoming home, with a number of lounges and communal areas. Residents and their families are regularly involved in decisions affecting home life.Crossways has 39 spacious single bedrooms including two with en-suite. All rooms have television points.
There are a number of pleasant lounge areas throughout the home. These include a coffee lounge where residents can sit and relax with their relatives. One of the lounges is fitted with a hearing loop, a discreet device to improve sound reception and aid those with hearing difficulties. There are also a number of dining areas, though residents can also choose to have their meals in their own room if they prefer.
