This small home provides a warm and homely environment, enabling residents to feel relaxed and content. We are a 5 minute walk from the beach and enjoy frequent walks along the promenade. The overall aim at Summerley is to provide a comfortable, well managed and safe home, which will give residents an opportunity to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life. This philosophy aims to promote privacy, dignity, choice and independence in a respectful manner, recognising the individuality of each resident. Summerley prides itself on delivering outstanding person centred care. The small and professional staff team are trained and well qualified to carry out their jobs to an excellent standard. They have great understanding of the needs of our residents and care for them in a warm, friendly and professional manner, 24 hours a day. Mealtimes are a social occasion where a choice of nutricious food is offered. Individual dietary requirement can be met. We encourage each resident to lead a full and active life where possible, and help them partake in the daily activities they enjoy.
