We respond positively to this range of needs with a variety of accommodation and care services. We aim to provide proactive care, striving to maintain the quality of life for our residents. At Terrington Lodge we see each if our residents as an important individual. We have high standards that are set around placing our residents first and foremost. Caring for 25 residents we offer permanent, respite and day care facilities providing both single and shared rooms all comfortably furnished as bed sitting rooms with the majority enjoying en-suite facilities. The homes policy has a commitment to not only our residents, but also our staff and recognises the importance of professional continuing development. The Manager and Senior Carer have set up training workshops for staff on various aspects of care and actively encourages staff to undertake training to develop their skills and ensure quality of care to our residents."
