The home is situated in the village of Letheringsett approximately one mile from the historic town of Holt. The home is registered with Norfolk County Council to provide accommodation and care for 20 elderly residents.

There is a church and public house nearby that has been completely refurbished and serves excellent food. The home has 16 single rooms and 2 doubles ranging from 12m² to 22m² and all but one has en suite facilities. An 8 person passenger lift has been installed to serve the upper floors with easy to use controls.

Residents are encouraged to bring in their own furniture and personal effects to enhance their accommodation. All rooms have TV points and most have telephone points. All bedrooms and communal areas have aid call points which are cancelled at source. There is a spacious and comfortable dining room where exceptional and varied food is served and a very large lounge with ornate plaster cornicing and decorative features.
