Located near the town of Keighley residents can benefit from the countryside setting. The care home specialises in palliative care, and aims to provide a high standard of residential care to residents until the end of their lives. There is a good bus service giving residents access to other areas of interest nearby and a mainline train service to Leeds is approximately 4 miles away.

A converted Victorian mansion, our home has retained much of the charm of its original architecture while being organised with comfortable furnishings in mind. Residents coming to live at Oakworth Manor are treated as individuals and encouraged to take part and have a say in the running of the home itself. There are many activities to get involved in, which are always created with individual residents' needs taken into consideration. The provider believes in on-going training programmes, though carers are employed for their personal qualities as well.

Social Activities are an important part of the daily life at our home. The Activities Organiser develops individual activity schedules tailored to the personal lives and interests of our residents. We provide a mix of weekly activities from entertainment to workshops, days out and social events." Show less
