There is a communal laundrette, lounge and a courtyard garden area with raised planters and a small conservatory at each end. There are wheelchair ramps at each of the two entrances to Thamesview. Flast on the upper floors have views over the A4 and across Furnival Gardens to the river.As well as the Thamesview block, there are 24 "scattered" sheltered flats, which are located on the ground and first floors of some of the other blocks on the estate.
