"Wrights Fold is an Independent Living scheme with 40 selfcontained one bedroom flats and bungalows each with a lounge, bathroom and spacious kitchen.

Situated in an established residential area and near to Leyland town centre with its good choice of shops, pubs and cafes amenities are conveniently close by. Excellent transport links mean that travel to Preston, Chorley and Wigan is convenient, as are trips to the beautiful Lancashire countryside. A typical Lancashire town with a great heart and community spirit, Leyland is a fantastic place to live.

The scheme benefits from a scheme manager service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and to provide a link with doctors, families, friends and the support services. The scheme is also monitored by the Control Centre and should an emergency arise they can be contacted by pulling the red intercom cord or pressing a pendant. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
