About the scheme
The scheme benefits from a scheme manager service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and to provide a link with doctors, families, friends and the support services. The scheme is also monitored by the Control Centre and should an emergency arise they can be contacted by pulling the red intercom cord or pressing a pendant. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
