All properties are of a good size and offer a private kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, and hallway. Ground floor flats have small manageable private gardens with patio door access. A popular guest room is provided for use by visiting friends or relatives. All flats have integral lifeline which links to call centre providing 24/7 cover.

SHARED FACILITIES:
A comfortable communal lounge is the location for most social activities. In addition there is a well equipped kitchen. There is an adapted shower room on the ground floor with lifeline pull cord and additional toilet for use by staff, residents and visitors. The doors at the front of the building are assisted. There is a small motorised buggy storage area. An area where IT equipment can be accessed by all residents. There is a laundry room with range of washing and drying machines.
