The scheme provides a wide range of assistive technology, and staff are on-site 24 hours a day. Residents are over 60 and either registered as disabled or assessed to have care needs, requiring a minimum of 10 hours support a week.

All the flats are wheelchair accessible, with level entry showers. There are excellent communal facilities, including a dining room, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining and living rooms provide the focus for numerous social activities and are a hub for residents to get together and get involved.
