It's situated on the western side of the town, with pedestrian access from Brighton Road and vehicle access from Baron's Down Road.

Most flats have a separate bathroom and sitting room, but there are a few attractive studios. All the flats have plenty of storage space and a kitchen refurbishment scheme, started in 2002, has provided modern fittings and appliances. A few flats have a level access shower instead of a bath in the bathroom.

A special feature of Clevedown is the mature grounds with extensive lawns, specimen trees and herbaceaous borders. All flats have a balcony (with access through French doors) looking out over the grounds.

There are bus stops nearby with regular services to Lewes town centre, Brighton and Tunbridge Wells." Show less
