Built in 2006, it is a modern block of sheltered housing, with a mixture of 53 one and two bedroom flats over 4 floors. There is a communal lounge for regular activities, and lovely gardens to enjoy the sunshine.

Staff are on site 5 days a week to support residents and help them take part and arrange social activities and trips. The flats are all spacious, many with small balconies. Each flat has its own kitchen and level access bathroom. There is a lift in the building, and stairlifts if necessary. 24 hour telecare is provided.

To become a resident at St Saviour's Court you will normally have lived in Southwark for three years prior to the application, be 65 years of age or over, and on a limited income with low capital and savings. You should be able to live independently, with support if necessary. Our housing charges are based on affordable rent costs and in many cases will be covered by housing benefit." Show less
