It is a small, well maintained court containing a mixture of studio flats, one bed flats for one person and one bed flats for two people.The communal facilities offer a launderette, kitchen and lounge for all to use, as well as a guest room that friends and relatives can use for a nominal charge.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21's approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement" Show less

Access to site easy, but less so for less mobile people. Distances: bus stop 750 yards; shop 150 yards; post office 400 yards; town centre 100 yards; GP 880 yards.
Regular Social activities include: a weekly news letter, weekly bingo on Mondays and a bi-weekly card making session on Tuesdays. Wednesdays we have a coffee morning and every 3rd Wednesday we have a fish & chip day lunch. We are actively looking to increase the activities on a weekly bas. New residents accepted from 65 years of age. Both cats & dogs generally accepted, but not to be replaced.
