"Dennis Potter Court is set in the midst of a semi-rural community on the southern edge of Birmingham. The court grounds are well maintained and the court atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

Dennis Potter Court consists of 51 properties:2x 2 bedroom 42x 1 bedroom 7x studio apartments. Communal facilities include a comfortable and pleasant residents lounge, communal kitchen, and an en-suite guest room available for resident family/friends, and a communal launderette service is available for residents use.

The Wythall Branch of The Royal British legion is adjacent to Dennis Potter Court and many residents are members and enjoy the regular social activities and events held there. Just a short distance from the court a small parade of local shops can be found.

Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing and Care 21's approach to supporting residents, the service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
