Sharratt Court is situated on the outskirts of Mansfield and is a place where people aged 55 plus can access some support to live independently - yet among friends, with a full-time court manager available and a Tunstall community alarm service which is provided 24hrs, 7 days a week. The court is well-connected - there is a bus stop just two or three minute's walk, taking you into the Town Centre or to the nearby retail park. On-site facilities at the court include a communal lounge, laundry room, guest room and a library whilst all flats include fitted kitchens with cookers. There are of 27 self contained flats for either one and two people.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing & Care 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
