We are a non profit organisation and work for the benefit of the community in providing and managing housing. Managed by a Board, the Housing and Community Association is the Landlord of Enterprise House.Enterprise House provides retirement flats for rent to those of state retirement age who want to enjoy independent living and be surrounded by three acres of landscaped gardens adjoining Epping Forest.
Built between 1965 and 1967 we have 188 self-contained, unfurnished flats, spread over eight floors and serviced by a lift.
To maintain our ethos of providing affordable housing to those who have reached state retirement age, our flats are either studio or one bedroom flats.
We inspire a community way of life for our tenants and there are many facilities on offer.
To live in Enterprise House you are required to make a returnable investment in the Housing and Community Association’s 'Loan Stock'', for which you will receive interest, currently 2% pa.
