Friendly Fridays Groups for older people in HillingdonWhat does it do?
Our approach is all about maintaining independence, building confidence, making friends and above all... having fun! Our groups and activities take place across the Borough.
If you are an older person experiencing, or having experienced emotional issues or mental health concerns, these friendly groups provide a welcoming, supportive environment. Come and join us for activities such as bingo, quizzes and trips out as well as light refreshments.
