What does it do?

Residential placements provide accommodation for people with learning or physical disabilities and those who need more intensive or specialised support than can be provided at home.
Different types of residential placements are available to meet individual needs and different levels of disability.

Who it is for?

Residential placements are for people over the age of 18 who live in Rochdale and who are no longer able to remain living independently at home due to physical or learning disabilities.

Where it is available?

Local service (Rochdale).

What it costs:

There will be some cost but the actual amount you pay will depend on the type of residential placement and the level of care needed.

How to access or apply for it:

When you contact us we'll discuss your situation over the phone, check that we've got all our facts straight and then follow this up with a visit to your home to discuss whether a placement is the best way to meet your needs.
