Information and advice

Our information and advice service is a free, local and confidential facility for those times when you need support with some of the difficulties you might face as you get older and don’t know who to ask for help.

We can help by providing support with form filling, applying for benefits and general advice and information on a range of topics including housing, debt management, and long term care.

Our information and advice worker will support you by advising you on other agencies who specialist in certain types of problems, letter writing and phone calls as well as form filling.

Who it is for?

For older people in Ashford. Our information is impartial, easy to understand and freely offered to people over the age of 55. Our advice and information is offered in good faith and is not designed to replace professional or legal advice.

This service is available Monday - Friday - please call for further details or an appointment.
