In 1982 it became a home for the aged and an extension was built. We bought the property in 2021 to turn the Vicarage part into our forever home. Therefore the building is undergoing some renovation & changes over the next few years. (Don't worry it will not be constant disruption) The changes include reinstating the original rooms to the Vicarage. We have ongoing external improvement work and eventually we are hoping to create lovely gardens for all to enjoy. As we will be neighbours we are looking for long term tenants who will not just be tenants but hopefully become friends. We are a couple in our 50s and are very sociable but want a quiet, peaceful life. We currently have other long term tenants who are over 50s and, like us, are friendly and sociable, but quiet. So we are looking for tenants who will fit in well with our little development and enjoy it with us." Show less
