Show more "Located in the beautiful seaside town of Llandudno, Abbeyfield House is a retirement home providing sheltered housing, offers a safe and friendly environment for older people wishing to remain independent without the worry of having to maintain their own home.

Our beautiful Edwardian home has ten en-suite rooms, two of which have separate bathrooms, and all but one of the rooms have small kitchenettes, so you can prepare light refreshments for yourself throughout the day and is perfect for when you have visiting friends and family.

We provide residents with the privacy and independence of having their own affordable accommodation, combined with support of professional, dedicated staff and the companionship of other residents. Our lovely home has been adapted to accommodate the varying needs of later life.

Get to know other residents in the communal lounge, where our residents love to come together each morning and meet for coffee and a chat. We also have a communal lounge where we all come together to share meals, delicious home cooked food and good company. Spend time in our relaxing garden, where you can while away the hours in the sunshine, enjoy a good book, or catch up with family and friends.

Our home also offers laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, so you can shop online and stay connected to loved ones and operates a community alarm system that is monitored twenty four hours a day for extra security and peace of mind.

We have car parking facilities for residents who wish to bring their car and can be used by your visitors too, and have a single guest room where your loved ones can stay for a small fee and can have lunch and an evening meal with us - this can be discussed and arranged with the House Manager.

Our monthly rental charge is fully inclusive and includes: an experienced House Manager and support staff, home-cooked meals every lunchtime and teatime, telephone line rental, call charges and broadband, building and garden maintenance, gas, electricity and water rates, community alarm monitoring, cleaning of communal areas, laundry facilities, council tax and a TV licence.

Llandudno is a picturesque and charming seaside town which is ideally located on the North Wales coast, with great links to Snowdonia in the south or Cheshire in the north. Abbeyfield Llandudno lies well placed between Llandudno’s award-winning north and West Shore beaches and is just short stroll from the town’s many attractions and facilities.

We're located in an area that is rich in elegant architecture, idyllic scenery and renowned landmarks. The traditional seaside resort has been well preserved and offers a wealth of things to see and do that all can enjoy." Show less
