Musica provides interactive music workshops for older adults in community and healthcare settings.

Our hour long sessions involve:

• Musical warm up
• Exercising the vocal chords and muscles
• Reminiscence through singing and quizzes
• Lively discussions
• Live music performance

Our sessions are designed to improve the overall wellbeing of the participants, and each workshop is tailored to suit the needs of the group we are working with.
