We run a 24-hour service, we have a website and all contact details. a individual and family members can contact us directly or liaise with social workers to contact us to discuss possible options of care

once we have been contacted and a package has been decided, you will have an initial assessment CQC requirement and from that, we will develop a bespoke package to meet the needs of the individual choosing our service. you will then receive care from one of the trained carers that best suits your needs.
