Disabled Facilities Grants

Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) assist disabled people to adapt their homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible. Possible adaptations include level access bathrooms and stair lifts.

Your application will be handled by us, but you will need to be referred by Adult Social Care before making an application. Adult Social Care will carry out an assessment to ensure that an adaptation is the most suitable option.

Please call Adult Social Care Direct on 0345 6080 191, or contact East Sussex County Council to request an Assessment.
