Lola Care

Quality care at home to enable independent living

What does it do?

Our highly trained Care Givers are able to provide a range of services to help people remain living at home.  These services include companionship, home help, meal preparation, washing, dressing, shopping, escorting to appointments, medication administration and toileting.  Our Care Givers are also encouraged to take our Clients out, where appropriate, to combat social isolation and loneliness.

At Lola Care we focus on quality of care, not quantity, so we match our Care Givers to our Clients and offer a minimum of one hour visits.  This means our Clients do not feel rushed and our Care Givers role is not task driven, enabling the Client to build a relationship with their Care Giver.

Who it is for?

Lola Care provides support for all adults that need help to live independently at home in the Tiverton postal area.  We specialise in dementia support and end of life care, but also assist persons that are leaving hospital and require help while recuperating.

Where it is available?

Local service serving within 25km of EX165GZ.

What it costs:

We have Care Givers available and are regularly recruiting and training new staff. Please call our office for a chat about costs.

How to access or apply for it:

To find out more about Lola Care services and/or arrange a Consultation for you or your loved one, please call the office on 01884 214118.

What to expect then:

At Lola Care, we are focused on quality care, so once you have decided you or your loved one needs support at home, our Registered Manager/Director will visit you at home for a Consultation.  During this meeting, we like to get to know the person and their family/friends, find out what is important to them and establish what they need and want from their visits.  We will then look at matching the right Care Givers to the new Client and scheduling in the required visits.
